Randolph and Fischer was founded in 1992 as a partnership between J. Clark Fischer and the late Rebekah L. Randolph. The firm is litigation-oriented and concentrates in the areas of criminal defense, family law and appeals. Clark is a certified specialist in State and Federal Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Practice, and has 26 years experience fighting for the rights of both criminal and civil clients. He has been recognized with Martindale-Hubbell's highest AV rating, and regularly speaks at continuing education seminars for other lawyers on both trial and appellate practice.
The firm represents domestic clients in the Piedmont area of North Carolina, and criminal clients throughout the State. We have an active appellate practice in both State and Federal Court, including direct appeals and post-conviction cases at the highest level, and have twice succeeded in obtaining reversals in death penalty cases.
